New Vision Trust joins together five large ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’ [OFSTED] schools in Newham and Redbridge under the leadership of CEO Shahed Ahmed. Through effective collaboration, we aim to provide the highest possible standard of education for the pupils and families that we serve. In recognising and building upon each other’s strengths, we endeavour to ensure that all pupils in our schools get the best possible opportunities. Within our MAT we have the lead school of both a Maths Hub and English Hub: this ensures that we are able to continue to improve our provision by providing excellent professional development for staff within our MAT and beyond, and excellent enrichment activities for our pupils.

Welcome to the New Vision Trust website. We established the trust to build on the collaborative work already taking place in our four schools. In 2023, both Vicarage and Gallions Primary Schools managed to achieve an 'oustanding' [OFSTED] grade putting them within the top 15% of primary schools in the country. It is a great credit to all the school staff, parents, carers and children of those schools. It also means that three of our five schools are now outstanding. Six years ago, we set up the New Vision Trust on the understanding that working together as an academy trust would raise the standards in all of our schools. It is good to know that we made the right decision.
